The "NO Sleep Training" Package

This package is for those who would like a few tweaks and changes but unsure where to start. Working primarily with wake windows, nap schedules and settling techniques. Making small adjustments and working towards your sleep goals. A personalised sleep guide, age appropriate to your little one without the sleep training.
$99 for personalised guide.
This package does not include ongoing support, however may be purchased at $50 per week.

They haven't always been. I have been through the sleep deprivation trenches.
This is my reason for becoming a certified Baby Sleep Consultant - I understand how exhausting and overwhelming sleep challenges with your little one can be for both the parents and the child.
My mission is to support families with personalised and evidence-based sleep solutions that foster healthy sleep habits. I will work alongside you to create a gentle and respectful sleep plan to suit parent and child that aligns with your family values.

Program must be started within two weeks of payment and completed within six weeks of payment.
Services provided: I will provide sleep assessments, personalised sleep plans, follow up support and guidance via email, phone or video call, and educational resources.
I DO NOT offer medical advice and will refer on to relevant professionals if I feel it is required.
Your Responsibilities: You are the legal guardian of the child, you will provide accurate information about your child's health and sleep history, you acknowledge the plan may require changes to current sleep routines and habits.
I will always respect your privacy and never share your information anywhere. Any social media advertising will be anonymous.
Liability Waiver: Your participation is voluntary. Results may vary, specific outcomes are aimed for but not guaranteed. You release the consultant for any adverse outcomes, injuries, or dissatisfaction related to the sleep plan.
Intellectual property: All content provided is intellectual property and you agree not to share, reproduce or distribute any materials.
